If you’ve ever wanted to watch a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist speed-read a Dr. Seuss book, then you’re in look. Kristen Graham—who simply crushes it on the education beat for the Inky—participated in a fundraiser for a local literacy nonprofit, First Book Philadelphia. The fundraiser called for some notable Philadelphians—like Graham, Temple basketball coach Fran Dunphy, and actor David Morse—to practice speed reading Green Eggs and Ham, and then take part in a competition at the Union League on Thursday. They were split up into teams of two and Graham and Morse took home top honors. Also, Graham posted a video of her final practice before the final big showdown.
