At the Franklin School in Northeast Philly, voters had to stare President Barack Obama in the eye immediately before casting their votes because there is a massive mural of him inside the polling place. On Tuesday, PA GOP officials announced that a court had ruled that the mural must be covered up for the remainder of the election. Whoops.
