Hubert Michael Granted a Stay of Execution

Convicted murderer Hubert Michael, who had been scheduled to be put to death at 7 tonight, was granted a stay shortly after 1 p.m. when the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals sent his case back to district court.
