One of the two boys believed to have taken part in last week’s post-Sixers game SEPTA shooting, is currently being questioned by the police. The boy with him, apparently his 18 year-old brother, has not been found. The suspect in custody, 16, is not believed to have fired the single shot that hit the two victims (both of whom are alive).  [NBC 10]

UPDATE 7:45 pm: The suspect has been charged with aggravated assault, and related crimes, and will be tried as an adult.
