It’s official. The FBI’s investigation into Paula Broadwell’s affair with General David Petraeus was categorically pointless. Despite the promise of shirtless photos, menacing emails, and six-mile runs in the foothills of Kabul, it seems the rare four-sided love triangle was really none of anyone’s business. Cleared of cyberstalking, or of having any access to Petraeus’s national security documents by a U.S. Attorney in Florida, Paula Broadwell is now free to never live a normal life again.
