Feelings were hurt when lifelong Philadelphian ?uestlove moved to New York in March (to the financial district, no less). It’s safe to bury the hatchet now that he’s compiled a list of the things he misses most about his hometown. In this order: Driving up and down Broad Street late at night; listening to his 70,000 records; debating Ricci’s vs. Merlini’s hoagies; Tastykake krimpets; and his Saturday night DJ residency at Fluid. Not mentioned: his affection for “the urine stench of the subway or the el.” Good news on the krimpets, Quest: Tastykakes have already begun taking over the shelf space Hostess used to dominate before it went under last month.
