Le Bec Fin, ever eager and still unable to recapture its old glory, has sent executive chef Walter Abrams packing. Executive pastry chef Jennifer Smith has been canned too. I hesitate to say more, because my colleagues at Foobooz, who broke the news, tell the story better. Here’s a teaser:
