Lottery officials confirmed Patricia Chandler of Upper Darby won the June 22nd Powerball jackpot of 131.5 million dollars. She opted for a one time 77.4 million dollar payout.
We went to Chandler’s home to get reaction from the areas newest millionaire. She wasn’t home, so we went to neighbors who say that she hasn’t been around for at least a few weeks.
