There’s a lot in Que’s new track, Philly, that’s merely OK. But the chorus is kind of super-catchy: We represent the P-H-I-L-L-Y, City of Brotherly Love, 2-1-5. Sure it’s been done. But how often is it done this fun? Que is apparently a “news radio editor” by night, so you know he’s bringin’ it hardcore.
