Jimmy Kimmel on Michael Vick, seen completing dog-training courses at a New Jersey PetSmart. The photos he uses, which hilariously blur the faces of dogs who might not want to be seen with Vick, were first published by Philly sports blog Crossing Broad.
While we're here, Kimmel also lampooned a Western Pennsylvania city councilman who accidentally sent the message "Alert. This is a test. Bryan is gay" to everybody in town. The guy then tried to backtrack by saying he meant "happy." All of which helps explain why this state will not pass gay marriage anytime soon.

After signaling his interest in returning to Philadelphia with a rousing "I don't know," Michael Vick will be playing (or standing on the sidelines) at the Linc for at least one more year. The Birds restructured Vick's deal to give him at least $5.5 million pay cut (he will make "up to"$10 million instead of $15.5 million.) The deal is for one year. When Andy Reid left town, it seemed like the next train would surely be reserved for oft-injured always-embattled QB Mike Vick. Guess what? Ain't happening: "Much has been made of the upcoming February 6 deadline, when $3 million of Vick’s contract becomes guaranteed. Mr. and Mrs. Michael Vick (Kijafa Frink) enter Tashan restaurant at 777 South Broad Street last night. The address was all part of the theme of the Philadelphia Eagle's jersey, which is numbered "7." The event took place on the 7th of the month and the party started at 7 p.m. The cocktail fund-raiser was for the Vicks' foundation "Team Vick," which is committed to supporting people in need, especially the youth.

What a delicious story this would make. Tim Tebow's disgruntled and wants out of New York. Michael Vick is benched for the foreseeable future as the Eagles rebuild, and may very well be gone next season. Both the Jets and the Eagles had disastrous seasons. Don't you see? It's perfect!
