You may remember a Philadelphia chef by the name of Jose Garces. He’s the one that’s an Iron Chef and who’s been opening restaurants at an alarming rate. (And let me tell you based on personal experience, if you have friends or relatives visiting for the holidays and they ask what to bring, tell them to pick up dessert at the Trading Company… mmmmm….) Starting tonight and continuing through December 30th at his latest spot, J.G. Domestic, Iron Chef Garces is offering a special Sparkling Wine Battle Menu based on his December 5th competition in the Food Network Kitchen Stadium. It’s $90 with drink pairings ($65 without, but that would just be stupid), and the full menu is available here.
