If you still haven’t been to Granite Hill, Stephen Starr’s new restaurant inside the Philadelphia Museum of Art, this Friday would be a good day to get in there. In honor of the PMA’s current Michelangelo Pistoletto exhibit, Granite Hill executive chef Philippe Trosch is featuring a wine dinner focusing on the Piedmont region of Italy, which is Pistoletto’s birthplace. It’s $65 complete, though PMA members get a 10% discount. Reservations are required, so make yours now. For more info or reserve a table, click here.
