Fun news from Be Well Philly: Philadelphia’s got a new line of fresh, cold-pressed juices!

They talked to Andrea Kyan, owner of Philly’s Pure Sweets—the organic, vegan, gluten, free, kosher bakery out of East Falls—to get the details about her just launched line, Pure Tonics. Turns out, she’s been juicing at home for ten years and wanted to create a line of juices that wasn’t quite as fruit-heavy (and therefore, sugar-heavy) as a lot of the ones out there are—and so that’s just what she did.

What’s extra cool is that she sources most of her produce locally, at Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-op.
